Wonderful
Liked the overall feeling, interior and breakfast. Great choice and buzz in the morning.
SPA has just 2 saunas and 2 pools. A small shower head in the wet sauna would be great to have the possibility to clean the sweat of the previous person who was sitting before me.

Hotel made the trip to Gothenburg very comfortable and relaxing.
Excellent facilities, very helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently located for attending events at the Ullevi stadiums.

What was the highlight of Jacyz
Great beds, breakfast, massage. But if you want to enjoy spa time go to another hotel.
The beds and the breakfast was excellent. The massages was also really good.
I didn’t like that there was no easy way to reach the reception. There were no phones, we were supposed to google the hotel to get the number and call. There wasn’t even a note in the room with number nor did anyone tell us how we were supposed to contact the reception. It’s supposed to be modern so i would suggest getting an app if you want to be modern. And regardless if you get an app or not make sure to tell your guests how to contact the reception since there are no phones. I also thought it was stingy of the hotel that the spa wasnt included in the room cost considering the room is quite expensive. And the even then most hotels give you free access to spa if you buy any massage at all at the property. This was not the case, you had to pay for that separately, each day, and on top of all this the entrance fee was the highest ive ever seen for a spa. The outdoor pool on the 3rd floor i didnt even bother with. It was so tiny that it was always full, and for such a classy establishment the pool area looked rather dull.

Wonderful
Good breakfast, very comfortable place - office is in the next building and center is quite close. Reasonable price, very good value for money, clean rooms. Bar and restaurant available.
Not very comfortable to work in the room sinice desk is too close to bed and chair doesn't fit between them properly. However possible to work downstairs in the hall if needed. Pillows are not the best shape and too soft, but that is very personal. Not enough lights in inner room, but still within comfort level. Removing room card from electricity adapter cuts the power right away, that is not confortable for inner rooms as you stay in complete darkness, 1-2 minutes delay before power cut-off could helped here.
