Wonderful
Liked the overall feeling, interior and breakfast. Great choice and buzz in the morning.
SPA has just 2 saunas and 2 pools. A small shower head in the wet sauna would be great to have the possibility to clean the sweat of the previous person who was sitting before me.

Best stay at Gothenburg
Quite impressed by the interior of the hotel. Everything was just perfect. Big window in the room with decent view. And We quite enjoyed at the bar on the 17th floor. Breakfast was amazzzzing.
Nothing as such. It would have been so nice to have a good vegetarian option on the menu at the restaurant.

Great
Everything Jacyz offered were great.
What I’m about to say should not take away the fact that Jacyz is a great place, but rather why you get a 95% rate from me instead of 100%. I also base this on the fact that you are a 5 star hotel and my perspective is solely based on my overall 5 star hotel experiences I select around the world as well as my own biased opinion on what I look for in a hotel with the services you offer. #1, Ice bath in your spa area. Solution: add an ice bucket or a mini pool for 1-2 person in the area next to the steam sauna where there is drinking water and a sink currently. #2 Both Saunas are too cold, (about 10 degrees Celsius). Solution: Either improve the isolation between the glass doors connected to the saunas already there or get new doors that won’t allow too much heat leave the saunas. A third option would be a bucket of water to heat up the dry heat sauna to regulate the temperature. In regards to the steam sauna, heat it up a bit more to make up for the lost heat by the door. In regards to #1 & #2: I only say this because you guys are literally covering all other aspects of the spa. I noticed that during my time at the Spa; the likelihood of anyone using the ice bucket beside me would be a few so I understand why it doesn’t exist at Jacyz but it was the missing factor for me. Also the temperature being low allowed some people to drink alcohol in the sauna in comfort, which would not be as fun or optimal if the heat was higher. Perhaps I am missing your intentions with the temperature being too low, maybe this is your goal, to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the sauna without feeling it’s too hot. For a retired athlete who uses heat and cold for my recovery, those factors are the likely reason why I won’t return to Jacyz, knowing there would be other spa hotels in gbg with that option. Personally I just feel the spa wouldn’t be enough for me, to be worth it.
